Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in construction estimating and project management, with a proven ability to accurately assess project costs and pricing. This role is crucial in ensuring that our projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and others to gather necessary information for accurate pricing.
• Conduct negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best pricing and terms.
• Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as necessary throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Prepare comprehensive reports that outline estimated costs, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead.
• Maintain organized records of all estimates and related documentation for future reference.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills required; must be able to clearly and professionally interact with customers in person, via email, and through written proposals or documentation.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in construction estimating with a strong understanding of construction processes.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and suppliers.
• High-level proficiency in spoken and written English is required
• Strong project management abilities to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
